Ben at 3 Months- Belly Laughs and Big Smiles
Here's a picture of Ben at 3 months and 1 week. It was taken on 1/15/09. This was one our "Special Thursdays" together alone. I spent over a whole year with Henry home alone. In all fairness, I arranged for Henry to be with his friends on Thursdays so Baby Ben and Mama could have some one-on-one time. Right now it feels like the perfect balance on career and family time.
Ben is such a quiet, happy baby. It is so peaceful here on Thursdays. It's amazing. Ben smiles and coos and can entertain himself for long periods of time. It is neat to watch him. I can just see his synapses firing and know he is thinking all of the time. But, he can get all fired up and it is hilarious to hear him talking to his toys and belly laughing. So cute!!!
On 1/22/09 (3.5 months), (Another Thursday) I took him to my office. His weight was 15 lbs 4 oz and he was 25 inches long. Both measure at the 75% tile. This is compared to his brother who measures at 10% for weight and 60% for height.
Watch out Henry, you better be super nice to Ben now, he's going to be bigger than you in the blink of an eye.
